Cultural Ambassador Co-Learning: Story Sharing and Inclusive Learning
Our team and Cultural Ambassadors come together regularly to learn and enhance ourselves together. In the recent training session, we included self-discovery, storytelling, and cultural exchange, further strengthening our role as a bridge connecting diverse communities in Hong Kong. The session began with visual images, inviting Ambassadors to pause, reflect on themselves, and share recent experiences. This process fostered self-understanding, active listening, and empathy, w
