Fostering an Inclusive Workplace Through Shared Cultural Experience

Henna is a traditional art form renowned in the world, commonly found in South Asia and the Middle East. It is also inscribed to UNESCO’s Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2024.
We were delighted to organize a henna DIY Workshop for staff at Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited to introduce this unique art and culture. With the guidance of our Cultural Ambassadors, participants learned the origins and uses of henna, practiced drawing henna and appreciated traditional henna patterns.
Our Cultural Ambassadors also shared their personal stories and experiences of living in Hong Kong, to enable participants to gain a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion, fostering respect and appreciation of different cultures at the workplace through cross-cultural dialogues and exchange.
