Programme Introduction
Multicultural School Sharing

Guest speakers from cross-cultural backgrounds will be invited to conduct sharing to enhance students’ understanding of multi-cultural concepts, cultural awareness and Cultural Intelligence (CQ). We hope students can understand how to face and tackle the conflicts and challenges related to culture.
Stage 1: Hi! Me

Selected participants will form cross-cultural teams to look into and understand the innovative cases from around the world to design how to apply those cases to solve the social problems happening in Hong Kong by using videos to introduce them. This stage enables participants to enhance their understanding of multi-culture, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Sustainable Development Goals, and Design Thinking, also to enhance their confidence, personal understanding, cross-cultural teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a sense of community involvement and contribution.
Stage 2: Go! Global

Selected participants after completing stage 1 will have the opportunity to join a 5 days 4 nights Singapore learning exchange. Participants will learn how to construct a multicultural city and enhance their sense of global citizenship, global and cultural exposure through interaction with people in Singapore, exploration, and experience to understand more about the local social issues, solutions for tackling those issues, Cultural Intelligence, best practices on multicultural policies, as well as develop their global network.
Stage 3: Wow! WEDO

The closing ceremony will be organized by WEDO GLOBAL Foundation for participants to share their learning experience and outcome with people from Government, Corporates, Community and Schools. They will also share how to promote a multi-cultural and harmonious Hong Kong. Our Journey
Check out the growth of our multicultural youth leaders.

Before joining the program, I had little intention to get to know more about different cultures in Hong Kong because of the lack of platforms and channels provided. However, throughout the program, I learned that the only thing lacking is an open mind. The whole planet is a family as we live under the same sky.To myself, I gained plenty of precious experience and learning which I can apply in the future. This can be a great pushing force for me to influence other people. Acceptance of different cultures is vital to creating a harmonious society. I want to expose myself to more cultures and share my experience with others. We simply have to step out a bit and give a shot. The biggest barrier of people is their mindset.
Our Actions
We continue to work together with people from different cultural backgrounds and sectors, to achieve a more multi-culture and inclusive society.
