Do you know that Rangoli is a traditional art form drawn on the floor in South Asian countries, symbolizing joy and prosperity? It’s our honor to conduct a Rangoli Workshop for HSBC staff, aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of Hong Kong’s diverse community.

During this relaxing and engaging workshop, our Cultural Ambassadors shared insights about the stories and situation of the ethnically diverse community in Hong Kong alongside introducing the traditional art Rangoli. Participants then had the opportunity to create their own vibrant designs using colorful sand, fostering creativity while celebrating cultural diversity.

“I found making Rangoli with chilling music and sharing from Cultural Ambassadors the most impressive.”

“The support from the facilitators was amazing, very good atmosphere with the music.”

“It was my first time making Rangoli, it was really fun and relaxing and I learned more about different cultures from different ethnic minorities.”
Thank you to everyone who participated in this workshop! With enhanced cultural understanding, we can cultivate a work environment that truly values diversity, fosters inclusion, and promotes collaboration and unity. Together, let's continue to celebrate our differences and build a more diverse and connected community, where everyone feels respected and empowered.
